Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods from arrival to dispatch. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment is a key responsibility. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Requirements:
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Willingness to consistently use required PPE.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and efficiency.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
