We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods from arrival to dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle physical demands, including moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Willingness to consistently use required PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and efficiency.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
