As a Fulfillment Associate, you will navigate our warehouse, locate items, package them securely, and process them through our shipping systems. We provide comprehensive training on our systems and processes to set you up for success. Understanding the flow of goods within a logistics operation is key. We emphasize adherence to all Safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Be ready for substantial Lifting throughout your shift. This role is vital to our logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Ensure orders are packaged securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Generate and apply shipping labels.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
