Join our dedicated team as a Fulfillment Associate in Jacksonville, Florida! This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will navigate our warehouse, locate items, package them securely, and process them through our shipping systems. This is a physically demanding but rewarding position where efficiency and accuracy are highly valued. We are committed to a safe and supportive work environment. Your daily tasks will involve a combination of picking items from inventory, carefully packing them to prevent damage during transit, and generating shipping labels. You will also be involved in quality control checks to ensure order accuracy before dispatch. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team is essential. We provide comprehensive training on our systems and processes to set you up for success. Understanding the flow of goods within a logistics operation is key. We emphasize adherence to all Safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Be ready for substantial Lifting throughout your shift. This role is vital to our logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Ensure orders are packaged securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Generate and apply shipping labels.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
