Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our distribution center as a Distribution Center Associate in San Diego, California! Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
  • Process and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the overall efficiency and goals of the distribution center logistics team.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment and basic computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • A reliable and positive attitude towards work and safety.
