Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Process and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Support the overall efficiency and goals of the distribution center logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable and positive attitude towards work and safety.
