Your role

  • Own insurance verification using established dental systems

  • Manage scheduling, check-in, and check-out with consistency and accuracy

  • Answer phones with confidence and professionalism

  • Communicate clearly with patients in person and by phone

  • Present treatment plans with empathy and clarity

  • Review benefits, explain financial options, and collect payments

  • Maintain accurate digital patient records

  • Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA standards

  • Coordinate closely with doctors and the clinical team

Who you are

  • Experienced in a dental front desk or treatment coordination role

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, well-run practice

  • Self-directed and accountable

  • Organized with strong attention to detail

  • Confident discussing treatment and finances

  • Collaborative and respectful

  • Spanish speaking or bilingual preferred

Systems and workflow

  • Dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft

  • Digital scheduling and patient record systems
