This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of consistent Lifting, and possess a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will work closely with our logistics coordinators to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse functions. We emphasize the importance of using appropriate PPE and adhering to all safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting and movement of goods, up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals in a logistics setting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual tasks including frequent Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and wearing required PPE.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
