This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of consistent Lifting, and possess a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will work closely with our logistics coordinators to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse functions. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting and movement of goods, up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals in a logistics setting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual tasks including frequent Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and wearing required PPE.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
