Distribution Center Associate

• Sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders with accuracy.
• Pack products securely for transit, ensuring no damage occurs.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Logistics setting.
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, and frequent Lifting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and Safety guidelines precisely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
