Responsibilities:- Sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders with accuracy.
- Pack products securely for transit, ensuring no damage occurs.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Logistics setting.
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, and frequent Lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and Safety guidelines precisely.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
- Adherence to all PPE requirements.
