We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Houston, Texas. This leadership role is critical to overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, **safety**, and productivity. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
  • Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
  • Ensure all **safety** regulations and procedures are strictly followed, including **PPE** usage.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and **logistics** processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain a culture of **safety** throughout the operation.
  • Manage the **lifting** and movement of goods, ensuring safe practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular **safety** audits and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse **logistics**, inventory management, and **safety** standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
  • Experience with **PPE** requirements and **safety** protocols.
  • Ability to manage physically demanding tasks, including overseeing **lifting** operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
