Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.

- Optimize warehouse layout and **logistics** processes for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
- Implement and maintain a culture of **safety** throughout the operation.
- Manage the **lifting** and movement of goods, ensuring safe practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular **safety** audits and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse **logistics**, inventory management, and **safety** standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
- Experience with **PPE** requirements and **safety** protocols.
- Ability to manage physically demanding tasks, including overseeing **lifting** operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
