One Goal, One Passion - Growth is Everything at Window Nation./ppOur Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-home sales presentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. Our Outside Sales Representatives live the brand by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the companys offerings and otherwise ensuring the best possible sales/post-sales customer experience./ph3Compensation/h3ulliFirst 90 days, receive training pay up to $673/week PLUS a reduced commission rate/lili100% Commission AFTER initial 90 days/liliMonthly bonus potential/liliUncapped earning potential!/li/ulh3Core Role Responsibilities/h3ulliNO COLD CALLING! Receive high-quality preset appointments/liliExecute sales presentation in its entirety for prospective customers; prepare and leave written estimates and marketing collateral in the event the appointment does not end in a sale/liliLISTEN! Provide prospective customers with options that align with their expressed home improvement needs/liliEnsure measure sheet, job site photos, and completed floor plans/liliMaintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation/liliWalk prospective customers through financing options/liliEnsure customers understanding of all things related to their home improvement projects e.g. pricing, next steps, expected lead times, etc./liliReview signed contracts with Sales Manager/liliServe as the liaison between the customer and the companys post-sale division for matters related to financing, contract changes, quality assurance, etc./liliStay current on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activity/li/ulh3Basic Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School diploma or equivalent/liliMinimum of 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment/liliValid Drivers License/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulli1+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or related field/liliCapability to navigate various applications on an iPad/liliDemonstrated ability and desire to perform in high-pressure, fast-growth retail company environment/liliEstablished reputation as a high-integrity top performer/li/ulh3Total Rewards/h3ulliHigh quality preset appointments (no cold calling)/liliFull suite of comprehensive benefits offerings/liliOn-the-spot cash rewards, high-end company swag, concert and sporting event tickets/liliPAID VACATION!/lili401(k) retirement savings program with company match/liliPersonal and professional learning opportunities/li/ulpWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees individual strengths, views, and experiences.
