Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Generate work orders and purchase orders
Requirements
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with proper phone etiquette and professional demeanor
