We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to:
* Examine patients and develop a plan of treatment to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function.
* Perform treatment techniques in order to improve patients physical and functional abilities.
* Educate patients on how to properly apply movement or self-care techniques.
* Use equipment and devices to assist patients in rehabilitation plans.
* Adjust treatment plans when necessary in order to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
* Manually treat patients when necessary in order to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
* Conduct re-examinations when appropriate.
* Develop discharge plans.
* Maintain patient records, keep track of goals and progress in a timely manner.
* Communicate with other providers to ensure best possible treatments.
* Treatments may be performed on an individual basis or in a group setting.
* Comply with state and federal physical therapy regulations.
* Follow state and federal laws and HIPPA regulations.
* Complete at least 10 hours of continuing education every year.
* Maintain detailed and complete records of health care plans and prognosis.
* Promote the practice by going to outreach activities and other marketing events paid for by Healios Integrative (all planned in advance).
* General office/treatment room housekeeping.
* Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.
Position is Full-time, Overtime Exempt, Employee. Work hours are Monday through Friday.

Experience:
* Physical therapy: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* Physical Therapy License (Required)
* CPR Certification (Preferred)
