Now Hiring Receptionist for a local manufacturer in Anaheim
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling basic administrative tasks in a office/store environment.
Job Details:
Monday – Friday
Full-time – 40 hours per week
Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour (DOE)
Temp-to-Hire (Long-term opportunity)
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Invoicing customers using QuickBooks
- Ordering materials from vendors
- Entering bills and maintaining records in QuickBooks
- Basic computer work, emails, and general office support
Requirements:
- Comfortable answering phones and greeting visitors
- Basic computer skills and email proficiency
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Organized, dependable, and punctual
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
