Now Hiring Receptionist for a local manufacturer in Anaheim

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling basic administrative tasks in a office/store environment.

Job Details:
Monday – Friday
Full-time – 40 hours per week
Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour (DOE)
Temp-to-Hire (Long-term opportunity)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Invoicing customers using QuickBooks
  • Ordering materials from vendors
  • Entering bills and maintaining records in QuickBooks
  • Basic computer work, emails, and general office support

Requirements:

  • Comfortable answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Basic computer skills and email proficiency
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Organized, dependable, and punctual
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
