Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly packaged.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including the proper use of PPE.
