Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
  • Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly packaged.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, including the proper use of PPE.
