We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Program Director to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of innovative programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise program staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and effective team.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maximizing resources to enhance service quality.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to support collaborative service delivery.
  • Oversee administrative functions including compliance with regulations, documentation accuracy, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate behavioral health services within programs to promote holistic well-being for participants.
  • Monitor program outcomes through data analysis and feedback to ensure objectives are met and standards exceeded.

Skills

  • Proven management and supervisory experience in social services or related fields.
  • Expertise in program development and program management within community-based settings.
  • Strong working knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to engage clients, families, staff, and community partners effectively.
  • Solid administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to lead teams with a focus on social work principles that prioritize dignity, respect, and person-centered care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $85,000.00 per year
