Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and effective team.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maximizing resources to enhance service quality.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to support collaborative service delivery.
- Oversee administrative functions including compliance with regulations, documentation accuracy, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate behavioral health services within programs to promote holistic well-being for participants.
- Monitor program outcomes through data analysis and feedback to ensure objectives are met and standards exceeded.
Skills
- Proven management and supervisory experience in social services or related fields.
- Expertise in program development and program management within community-based settings.
- Strong working knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage clients, families, staff, and community partners effectively.
- Solid administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to lead teams with a focus on social work principles that prioritize dignity, respect, and person-centered care.

Pay: $75, $85,000.00 per year
