Johnstone Supply is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our Outside Sales team. This role offers unlimited earning potential, exciting challenges, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Generate and qualify leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to deliver effective solutions
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
  • Present Johnstone products, services, and value-added solutions to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings
  • Travel regularly to meet customers and conduct sales presentations
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC or building supplies strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and various software systems
  • Direct B2B sales experience in HVAC/R or a similar industry is a plus
