Compensation:
- Salary:
$79,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience) - Pay-per-billed-visit:
$35-$36/billed visit (30-minute sessions) | $120 per evaluation | $35-$36/meeting hour - Clinical Fellows:
$36.50/hour - Signing or relocation bonuses:
Up to $10,000 - Performance incentives:

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
- Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
- Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Colorado DORA SLP license (or eligible to obtain)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice
Preferred:
- Pediatric experience (CFY candidates and new grads welcome)
- Experience in multidisciplinary settings
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand/walk for 4-6 hours daily
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function
