Compensation:

  • Salary:
    $79,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience)
  • Pay-per-billed-visit:
    $35-$36/billed visit (30-minute sessions) | $120 per evaluation | $35-$36/meeting hour
  • Clinical Fellows:
    $36.50/hour
  • Signing or relocation bonuses:
    Up to $10,000
  • Performance incentives:
    Up to $9,000 annually

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
  • Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and care coordination

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Colorado DORA SLP license (or eligible to obtain)
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice

Preferred:

  • Pediatric experience (CFY candidates and new grads welcome)
  • Experience in multidisciplinary settings

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand/walk for 4-6 hours daily
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function
