We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are stored, managed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately stock inventory onto shelves or designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements and company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and loading of outbound orders.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in warehouse operations and safety.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
