Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in logistics and contribute to a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are stored, managed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Accurately stock inventory onto shelves or designated storage areas.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements and company standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with shipping and loading of outbound orders.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in warehouse operations and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
