Leadership & Operations
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth clinic functioning
- Manage clinic P&L, including driving revenue, managing expenses, and achieving profitability targets
- Oversee and optimize staff utilization and scheduling
- Maintain clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Conduct daily huddles with the team to set goals, review performance, and address any operational issues
- Handle all guest concerns + escalations in a professional and prompt manner abiding by policies and procedures, facilitating conflict resolution when needed
Sales & Client Experience
- Deliver sales performance that meet or exceed clinic targets and act as a coach/trainer for sales with your clinic team
- Conduct consultations, educate guests about our services, and create personalized treatment plans
- Develop and implement strategies to retain guests, increase referrals, improve service levels, and increase guest satisfaction
- Foster a culture of an exceptional guest experience, building long-term relationships with guests
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations
- Create a positive work environment embodying Plush Laser Core Values that encourages collaboration, professional growth, and career development
Grassroots Marketing & Events
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new lead generation by way of vendor events, local community engagement + brand partnerships
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with local businesses in the community in alignment with Plush Laser
- Represent Plush Laser at community events and local marketing activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75, $87,000.00 per year
