Seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker for our facility in San Diego, California. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient operations of our warehouse. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and general warehouse upkeep. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety ; all employees are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow established safety protocols rigorously. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent lifting and movement. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Use all provided PPE as required by job function.
- Contribute to effective warehouse logistics .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Commitment to workplace safety .
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
