Job Summary:
Seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker for our facility in San Diego, California. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient operations of our warehouse. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and general warehouse upkeep. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety ; all employees are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow established safety protocols rigorously. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent lifting and movement. Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory.
Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks efficiently.
Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Use all provided PPE as required by job function.
Contribute to effective warehouse logistics .

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
Commitment to workplace safety .
Ability to work well in a team environment.
