We are looking for dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle merchandise, operate equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the efficient flow of our supply chain. Responsibilities may include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. We prioritize a safe working atmosphere and expect all employees to strictly follow safety guidelines, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Experience with lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Awareness of safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
- Good communication skills.
