We are looking for dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle merchandise, operate equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the efficient flow of our supply chain. Responsibilities may include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, often collaborating with team members to meet operational goals. We prioritize a safe working atmosphere and expect all employees to strictly follow safety guidelines, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Experience with lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Awareness of safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
- Good communication skills.
