We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the leadership team. This is a trusted role for someone who is organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable working in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple partners, including the managing partner
- Proactively monitor and manage communications (email, phone, text), flagging time-sensitive items and drafting correspondence as needed
- Assist with email organization, follow-ups, and inbox prioritization
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and internal documents
- Generate reports from the firm's time and billing system, including:
- Realization reports
- Work-in-progress (WIP) reports
- Budgeting and performance-related reports
- Assist with tracking firm metrics
- Coordinate with internal staff to keep projects, deliverables, and deadlines on track
- Organize files, maintain digital records, and support workflow efficiency
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Accounting firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Experience working with reports, data, or financial information a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working independently and anticipating needs
- Professional demeanor and sound judgment when handling confidential information

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week
