We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the leadership team. This is a trusted role for someone who is organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable working in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple partners, including the managing partner
  • Proactively monitor and manage communications (email, phone, text), flagging time-sensitive items and drafting correspondence as needed
  • Assist with email organization, follow-ups, and inbox prioritization
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and internal documents
  • Generate reports from the firm's time and billing system, including:
  • Realization reports
  • Work-in-progress (WIP) reports
  • Budgeting and performance-related reports
  • Assist with tracking firm metrics
  • Coordinate with internal staff to keep projects, deliverables, and deadlines on track
  • Organize files, maintain digital records, and support workflow efficiency
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Accounting firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
  • Experience working with reports, data, or financial information a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and anticipating needs
  • Professional demeanor and sound judgment when handling confidential information

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week
