Major/Essential Functions
Review and process salary classification and compensation-based tickets.
Collect, organize, and analyze data in support of C&C initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and alignment across multiple applications and platforms.
Assist in the design and development of dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure fair and competitive pay, upholds compliance with federal and state pay regulations/standrds and ensures alignment with institutional strategies and policies.
Continuously seek to improve skills and stay current on industry best pay practices through webinars, training, and weekly 1:1 meeting with the Senior Director.
Be a contributing strategic partner in an innovative team environment.
Occasional Duties
Particpate in weekly Agile meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required. 4+ years of human resources experience or a combination of higher education and relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
At least two (2) years hand-on experience in recruitment and/or operational management.
Two (two) years experience in data entry and integrity while compiling and tabulating research findings from multiple sources into Excel.
One (1) year experience with compensation practices, including market research and salary reviews in the public sector.
At least two (2) years experience applying and advising on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption regulations.
Two (2) years of experience working with a wide variety of people in effort to provide professional services or customer satisfaction.
Experience working with Banner or IBM Cognos.
