Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our warehouse team as Fulfillment Associates in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. The job requires physical agility, including the ability to perform frequent **Lifting** of packages up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for prolonged periods. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products based on order specifications.

  • Apply labels and prepare shipments for the shipping department.
  • Use scanning devices to track inventory and orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
  • Adhere to all company **Safety** standards and protocols.
  • Wear and utilize designated **PPE** at all times.
  • Perform **Lifting** tasks involving packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Contribute to optimizing **Logistics** flow and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to **Lift** and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated understanding and practice of **Safety** procedures.
  • Willingness to wear required **PPE** for **Safety** reasons.
  • Knowledge of **Logistics** and warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
