This role is central to our **Logistics** network, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on **Safety**, and all team members are expected to follow established **Safety** procedures and wear **PPE** consistently. The job requires physical agility, including the ability to perform frequent **Lifting** of packages up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for prolonged periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.

- Apply labels and prepare shipments for the shipping department.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** standards and protocols.
- Wear and utilize designated **PPE** at all times.
- Perform **Lifting** tasks involving packages up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to optimizing **Logistics** flow and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous.
- Ability to **Lift** and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated understanding and practice of **Safety** procedures.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE** for **Safety** reasons.
- Knowledge of **Logistics** and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
