This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and involved in frequent **Lifting** of packages and materials. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment is a significant advantage. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items according to order slips, ensuring accuracy in product and quantity.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Uphold all **Safety** standards and utilize all required **PPE**.
- Identify and report any damaged items or discrepancies.
- Contribute to team goals and deadlines in our **Logistics** flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Good understanding of warehouse **Safety** practices and **PPE**.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
