You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and involved in frequent **Lifting** of packages and materials. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment is a significant advantage. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items according to order slips, ensuring accuracy in product and quantity.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Uphold all **Safety** standards and utilize all required **PPE**.
- Identify and report any damaged items or discrepancies.
- Contribute to team goals and deadlines in our **Logistics** flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Good understanding of warehouse **Safety** practices and **PPE**.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
