The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading large, enterprise-wide programs with multiple interconnected projects. Oversees program integrity, coordination, and risk management to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. Key duties include:
- Developing and maintaining program environments and timelines
- Managing interdependencies across projects and teams
- Driving performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs
- Serving as primary liaison for communication and data sharing
- Coordinating activities among quality, IT, analytics, and evidence-based practice teams
- Providing project management expertise, resource planning, and issue escalation
- Supporting strategic change initiatives and benefit realization
Requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration skills to deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Care Management or associated field of study.
- 8-10 years' experience working in a decision support or financial analysis position with responsibility in a healthcare provider environment
- 3 years' experience maintaining, updating, and loading EPIC contracts
Required to have completed training and certification in these EPIC application modules – Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration, Resolute Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts.

Salary Range: Minimum 44.15/hour - Maximum 70.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
