This Job Is Not for Everyone.
But if you're the kind of person who notices details others miss, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to be a trusted part of a professional team — keep reading.
Scafidi, Cranston & Associates, LLC is a full-service accounting, tax, and consulting firm serving businesses throughout South Jersey and beyond. We genuinely care about our employees and the culture we work in. Accuracy, trust, and follow-through matter here — and so do the people behind the scenes who make everything run smoothly.
We are seeking an Office Support & Client Care Specialist to play a central role in supporting our Office Manager, partners, and professional staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is not a typical administrative job. We are looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, detail-driven, and proactive — someone who enjoys staying busy, anticipating needs, and helping an entire team be more effective. Prior public accounting experience is a plus, but not required. We can train the right person. What we can't train is care, integrity, and ownership.
