Position: General/Sales Manager

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, founded in 2015 in Venice, California. With a mission to help people Live Long , we've built a brand focused on mobility, longevity, and performance. Our team includes experts in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more — all trained through our proprietary Flexologist Certification Program to deliver a world-class stretching experience.

With 500+ locations worldwide and growing rapidly, we're seeking a motivated and results-driven General/Sales Manager to lead our Cranberry Township studio.

What You'll Be Doing

As the General/Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind studio membership growth and client experience. This role is 80–90% focused on sales and business development, with 10–20% focused on staff oversight and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead all sales efforts including lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and follow-up (phone/text/email)

· Achieve and exceed membership and retail sales goals

· Train, motivate, and lead sales staff and Flexologists to deliver exceptional service

· Execute grassroots marketing and local business partnerships

· Manage studio operations including inventory, vendor coordination, and cleanliness

· Maintain accurate records in ClubReady (CRM), including payroll and member billing

· Coordinate community outreach, events, and studio promotions

· Enforce studio policies and ensure a top-tier client experience

What We're Looking For

· 2+ years of sales experience (fitness/membership sales a strong plus)

· Passion for health, wellness, and fitness

· Confident in selling and coaching others to sell

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in person, phone, and email)

· Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills

· Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

· Proficient in studio software systems (ClubReady experience preferred)

· Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
