About Us

- Proper Build Group
– Full-service general contractor (remodels, additions, new builds, TI). - Essential Cabinets and Flooring
– Cabinet & flooring supply and installation company.

In EOS terms: the Founder is the
Visionary
; this role is the
Integrator

You will own the
day-to-day running of the businesses
(operations, scheduling, delivery, and internal coordination) and help align
sales, marketing, and operations
so that what we sell, we can deliver profitably and predictably.

build the machine
and
run it
