Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
  • Stock merchandise onto shelves or into appropriate storage locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
  • Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and the mandatory use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must consistently wear provided PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
