Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves or into appropriate storage locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must consistently wear provided PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
