Overview
The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the operational effectiveness and analytical needs of First Person Care Clinic (FPCC). This position partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, track performance metrics, support pharmacy and clinical operations, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The role blends operational analysis, process improvement, pharmacy program support, and project coordination to ensure FPCC operates efficiently while continuing to deliver high-quality, accessible care.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable translating data into actionable insights in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Duties
Operations Analysis & Administration
Oversee and streamline daily operational processes to support organizational efficiency.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, trends, and KPIs across departments.
Assist with the development and implementation of administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for ongoing initiatives.
Prepare operational reports, summaries, and data tracking for leadership review.
Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment on key objectives.
Pharmacy Operations Management
Oversee and manage pharmacy-related operations, and other pharmacy benefit programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations governing pharmacy services.
Coordinate with pharmacies, payers, and internal clinical teams to resolve issues and improve patient access to medications.
Track and optimize pharmacy-related financial performance, including reimbursements and cost savings initiatives.
Maintain relationships with vendors, pharmacy benefit managers, and partner organizations.
Project Management
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion.
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful outcomes.
Identify potential risks or roadblocks and proactively recommend solutions.

Qualifications
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, executive assistance, or project coordination (healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred).
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and comfort with data tracking and reporting tools.
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
