Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and mentor your nursing team
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance
• Coordinate care plans and communicate with families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Help maintain a positive, supportive work environment

Qualifications:

• Active unemcumbered LPN or RN license (required)
• Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A dependable, resident-focused attitude
