Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and mentor your nursing team
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance
- Coordinate care plans and communicate with families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Help maintain a positive, supportive work environment
Qualifications:
- Active unemcumbered LPN or RN license (required)
- Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A dependable, resident-focused attitude
