In this role, you will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders – potentially directly with military or government stakeholders – to scope requirements, manage cross-functional communication, and ensure operational excellence in delivery and operation of these mission-critical solutions.
The role reports to the Chief Product Officer. Technical teams are distributed throughout the US and potentially in other locations.

- Enable cross-functional technical teams to meet the requirements through structured software delivery milestones.
- Lead a small team of other product managers or business analysts, if and as needed.
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, program offices, system integrators and others.
- Conduct recurring product reviews and product status updates for a variety of audiences.
- Align requirements delivery and product features to user needs, with an understanding of contractual performance metrics, compliance requirements and other constraints.
Systems Development Guidance
- Scope and validate requirements for various features and integrations (e.g., applicant tracking, identity verification, onboarding workflows) with the support of Product and Engineering leadership.
- Collaborate with other product managers, Engineering and Design to ensure user-centric, secure, and scalable platform delivery.
- Influence project parameters such as timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and change management in relation to delivering working software.
Implementation & Operations
- Lead pilot programs, phased rollouts, and post-deployment evaluation cycles as needed.
- Ensure system interoperability with required IT environments and databases.
- Support training and initial user adoption.
- Prioritize enhancements and other updates to optimize system performance

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant product management training or certifications.
