We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory records are up-to-date in our system. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items.
- Identify and tag damaged or obsolete inventory.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure proper inventory placement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the logistics team with inventory-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
